Capstone Documentary Film Idea

Make a Blog Post:

If you were to make a documentary film for your capstone project what would it be about and what would be your point of view?

Create a video by editing in Premiere

You will be creating your own video by editing in Premiere.

1.  Choose 5 videos with which you can create a story and music to go under it all.
2.  Create a title card that includes your name at the beginning - fade up from black to reveal it. (keep titles in title safe)
3.  Cut to the next video. (add a title to tell the story)
4.  Cross fade to the next video.(add a title to tell the story)
5.  Choose a more dynamic transition to the next video.(add a title to tell the story)
6.  Fade off music and fade to black at end.
7.  Render video
8.  Upload to YouTube.com with your name in the title, ie; A Dark and Stormy Night, by Debbie.

No Synopsis.

What is the story arc in one sentence?
What camera angles are used? Why?

Your first assignment is to make a website that can be used as a personal profile for college applications. 

You will need to make a post that lists the following:

1)  Your aspirations for college study.

2)  Personal areas of research - especially related to the above.

3)  Personal passions and social projects.

4)  Internships - or intended internships.

5)  What makes you special.

We will flesh these ideas into content for the website.
